You will be asked to provide evidence that your pet's vacinations are up-to-date.

We request that pets be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention to help prevent their spread.

We reserve the right to refuse service to vicious or aggressive animals.

Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities or pre-existing medical conditions that your pet may have.

Please inform us of any grooming experiences you or your pet may have found to be unsatisfactory. 

Excessive dematting is a painful, time consuming, and costly procedure that causes extreme discomfort and can aggravate or cause skin problems.  Sometimes the pet is so badly matted that the hair must be clipped short, allowing new, healthy to grow.  If your pet's coat is matted you will be required to sign a matted pet release explaining the health issues that may arise during the grooming process.

Some pets may be overly sensitive to specific grooming procedures.  Since it is not our intent to cause pain or discomfort to your pet, we will not continue with any grooming procedure that causes discomfort to your pet.

Please be advised that we may not answer the telephone if I have a pet on the grooming table or in the tub.  Please leave a message and I promise I will return your phone call as soon as possible!!  Your pet’s safety is my priority!

Four Paws Professional Pet Grooming and Styling Spa offers a very personalized grooming experience for your pet.  Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you and your pet.  Therefore, we request, if possible cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appoointment time.

We accept cash, checks, debit, Visa, and MC for services rendered. 
Returned Check Policy:  Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.
